Effective:

Who We Are

These terms are between you and AmazingHolidays, the operator of this website and booking platform. For any question about these terms or a booking, email us at [email protected] or use our contact page.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AmazingHolidays, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Our Role

AmazingHolidays is a booking platform. Each tour is operated by an independent partner tour operator, who delivers the services described on the tour page. We take your booking and payment and pass the details needed to run the tour to the operator.

Booking and Payments

  • Tour bookings are subject to availability. Prices are per person and are set and charged in US dollars. Prices shown in another currency are estimates for your convenience; your card is charged in US dollars.
  • Where a tour offers different room arrangements, the per-person price depends on room sharing (for example a single-room supplement or a triple-sharing discount). The total for your chosen rooms is shown before you pay.
  • When you start a booking, your seats are held for up to 48 hours while you pay. If no payment is received in that time, the hold expires and the seats are released automatically.
  • Your booking is confirmed once your payment (a deposit or the full amount) has been received. You can see its status in your dashboard.
  • Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Deposits and Balance Payments

  • Some tours let you confirm with a deposit and pay the balance later. The deposit is a percentage of the booking total, capped at a fixed amount where the tour sets one (you pay whichever is lower). Each tour's deposit terms are shown on its tour page and at checkout.
  • A deposit is only available when departure is further away than the tour's full-payment period. Bookings made closer to departure must be paid in full.
  • The balance is due on the earlier of two dates: a set number of days after your deposit is paid, or a set number of days before departure. Both periods are set per tour and shown on the tour page; your exact due date is shown in your dashboard. Payment is accepted until the end of the due date (UTC).
  • If the balance has not been paid by the due date, the booking is cancelled automatically, your seats are released, and the amount you paid is refunded minus the tour's cancellation charges (see below).

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel a confirmed booking from your dashboard up to 48 hours before departure. Within 48 hours of departure, online cancellation is no longer available — please contact support.
  • When a paid booking is cancelled — by you, by us, or automatically for an unpaid balance — the refund is the amount you have paid minus the tour's cancellation charges:
    • an admin charge (a fixed amount), and
    • a bank/processing charge (a percentage of the amount paid, a fixed amount, or both).
The charges are set per tour and are shown on each tour page and at checkout before you pay. If the charges equal or exceed the amount paid, no refund is due.
  • Bookings where no payment has been taken can be cancelled at any time at no cost.
  • Refunds are made to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Changes to a Booking

Once a booking is confirmed, you can use “Request a change” on the trip in your dashboard to ask for a different hotel, activity, meal or sightseeing stop. If a change has a price difference, we will quote it to you, and the change takes effect once you accept and pay it. To change your travel dates or the number of travelers, please contact support.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate personal information when booking, ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visas) for your destination, and following the guidelines and instructions provided by tour guides and operators during your trip.

Limitation of Liability

AmazingHolidays acts as a platform connecting travelers with tour operators. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, or actions of third-party service providers.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date (currently 12 October 2026), and apply to bookings made after that date.
